Executive and Leadership Office you will need to:
1. Contact the office to set up your appointment. Please plan on spending 3-4 hours in the office. 2. You will be emailed access codes to complete the PrepareEnrich and the MBTI Form M. 3. Once you receive these codes follow the instructions in the corresponding documents below to complete these measures prior to your evaluation at the office. |
