Dr. Steven Snook, Ph.D.  is a licensed psychologist who has been in practice in the Atlanta area since 1990. Previously he served as a clinical psychologist in the U.S. Army and was also the past Director of Clinical Training at the Psychological Studies Institute.  He has been providing EAP services for Clayton County Public Schools, corporate clients, and private insurance companies.  He specializes in areas of assessment of alcohol and substance use disorders and psychodiagnostics.  He has experience in areas of critical incidents stress debriefing, anger management, as well as the treatment of anxiety and depression.  He has been a consultant to numerous organizations including Talbott Recovery Campus, Salvation Army, Prime Power, Clayton County Fire Department, Clayton County Public Schools, Clayton County Police Department, Ford Motor Company (Hapeville Plant), Georgia Power Company Services, and Christian City Home for Children.  He has also taught courses in Ethics and Psychological Assessments as well as a supervisor of graduates in counseling at Psychological Studies Institute.
